The Role at a Glance
Schedules that Fit Your Life: Choose our predictable Block Schedule so you always know your days, or choose a Casual role for ultimate flexibility.
Experience Level: No experience? No problem! We will happily train the right person. A big heart matters more than a long resume.
The Goal: Make every resident feel valued, safe, and at home.
What You Will Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your main focus is always the well-being of our residents.
Daily Support: Help our residents with their morning and evening routines, including dressing, bathing, and mobility.
Medication & Health: Assist with medications and keep a watchful eye on any changes in resident health or mood.
Companionship: Share stories, pour coffee, play games, and build genuine, lasting connections.
Environment: Keep resident areas tidy, safe, and comfortable so they always feel at home.
Teamwork: Communicate openly with your fellow caregivers, dietary aides, and management to keep the community running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
Compassion & Patience: A deep respect for seniors and a genuine desire to help them maintain their dignity.
The Basics: You are at least 18 years old and hold a High School diploma (or equivalent).
Reliability: You have reliable transportation, can pass a standard state background check, and show up for your team.
Physical Ability: You are able to stand, bend, and safely assist with lifting or transferring residents throughout your shift.
