We call our Sales Support Specialists "Customer Relationship Managers".
What winning looks like:
- Making phone calls and sending emails to current and potential customers.
- Processing loan documents on behalf of the company and the customer. Acting as the intermediary to ensure that all documents are collected in a timely fashion.
- Delivering excellent service and quick response times.
- Maintaining detailed notes of all interactions in our software.
- This is a support role, not a sales role.
- We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term career, not a job.
Skills:
- Energized by interacting with people.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. (Experience in Word, and Excel a plus.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Monthly bonus potential $400 (performance based)
Expected hours: 40 per week
This is an ON-PREMISE position, it is NOT a REMOTE position.
