What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at Advantage Federal Credit Union?
The Flex Teller will travel to different branches depending on staffing needs. The position pays $19.00-$20.00 per hour.
Maintains a friendly, approachable and professional attitude in servicing members according to credit union expectations; businesslike appearance, Receives and processes member financial and service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, corporate checks, VISA cash advances, debit card issuance, and other activities.

- Maintains knowledge of products and services in order to properly assist members.
- Balances cash drawer and accurately processes transactions; assists in open/close activity and with end of day efforts to balance the branch.
- Achieves teller referral goals and participates in contests and other branch efforts to generate business.
- Attend training as required.
- Actively participates in the coaching process.
- Supports all aspects of branch sales, operations and servicing in the absence of management. In a SEG branch, the teller is expected to assume greater responsibility. The Teller assists management in maintaining defined audit, cash handling and cash ordering procedures. Orders supplies from in-house and outside vendors. Assists in other branch operational duties. Operate independently in the absence of the Branch Manager.
