Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. As a hygienist at our practice, you will be the frontline advocate for our patients' oral health. You’ll work closely with our dentists to provide top-tier preventative care, educate patients, and deliver a comfortable, positive clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing.
- Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos; perform initial oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, post-treatment care, and the connection between oral health and systemic health.
- Treatment Planning: Partner with the dentist to co-diagnose and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient charts, clinical notes, and medical histories using our modern management software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid State Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and standard clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to make anxious patients feel at ease.
- Tech Skills: Experience with Archy or other cloud-based practice management software is a major plus. If you've used other cloud systems, you'll fit right in—but we are fully willing to train the right person!

Pay: $44.52 - $52.00 per hour
