Advantage Clinical Trials is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/CDN) to join our growing team in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education
- Approve medically tailored meals and food prescription services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active NYS CDN or RDN credential required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- 1–3 years of clinical nutrition experience preferred ( New Grads Encourgae to apply)
- Experience with Medicaid or underserved populations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
