Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. CDN certification is required for this position. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing dietary plans, and providing guidance on healthy eating habits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized dietary plans
- Provide education and counseling to patients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition and dietetics
