Description
The Capital Markets team raises money from institutional investors to support all tax credit verticals of the firm – federal and state new markets, federal and state affordable housing, clean energy, rural jobs and other small business focused state programs. This position is based in New Orleans initially, with Remote/ Hybrid eligibility available after two years. As an Analyst/Senior Analys on the Capital Markets team, you will support the following investor relations and fundraising functions for the clean energy team:
- Research on and identification of potential investors;
- Prepare collateral and deliverables for investor meetings;
- Support ongoing investor relations with existing investors; and
- Data consolidation, interpretation, and entry for multiple lines of business.
- Collaborate with originations team to secure new investors and asset management team for investor reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business, or related field
- 3.5 or higher GPA
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to excel at modeling
