We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment free from chaos and drama.
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
We have grown our shop year over year for the last 5 years and growing again this year. Our people and our systems have earned us a 4.7 on Google with over 600 reviews. We need help keeping up with demand. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $100k per year. Most are making more than $110k per year.
