Local Tow Truck Operator (Rollback Experience Preferred)
Full-Time | Hourly Position | MUST Live Local
Advantage Auto Service is a locally owned and operated business, proudly serving the Johnstown community for over 25 years. We are currently hiring a dependable Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position with a rotating on-call schedule designed to support work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Tow vehicles for accidents, breakdowns, and scheduled transports
- Provide roadside assistance (lockouts, jump starts, tire changes)
- Safely operate rollback and tow equipment
- Complete basic logs, invoices, and collect payments
- Work safely in all weather and traffic conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Schedule
- Full-time hours, minimum 40 with overtime available
- Rotating on-call schedule after hours (Emergency calls/ 911 calls)
What We’re Looking For
- Must live locally (Johnstown / surrounding area - 15 minute emergency response)
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR/NVR required
- Prior towing experience
- Rollback experience preferred
- Reliable, motivated, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
