River City Therapy Center is our facility in Red Wing, MN, which is credentialed as an Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) agency. We offer services to individuals 1.5 through 21 years old with autism and related disabilities, as well as to youth on probation in our Youth Rehabilitative Program. ABS’ core principles are EPIC. Job Summary
As a Telehealth BCBA QSP, you will lead clinical services for clients receiving EIDBI services across Minnesota. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, conducting progress reviews, and guiding program supervisors in assessment selection and goal development. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care. This role is fully remote unless there is availability for in-person support.We’re seeking a progressive behavior analyst who values radical behaviorism, person-centered supports, and collaborative care.
Responsibilities
- Write and update individualized treatment plans in compliance with EIDBI standards.
- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and data reviews.
- Lead coordinated care conferences to align services across settings and providers.
- Make recommendations on assessment tools and goal development for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Write behavior intervention plans and procedures with input from the clinical team.
- Attend and contribute to weekly clinical meetings regarding client updates and programming changes.
- Analyze data and adjust goals based on clinical review and client progress.
- Stay current on research and apply the most effective, least intrusive interventions.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Record billable services in the EHR schedule
Preferred Attributes/Skills
- Strong understanding of EIDBI standards and documentation
- Experience with telehealth service delivery

- Proficient in data analysis and clinical decision-making
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota
- Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) credentialed for EIDBI services
- Reliable internet and secure telehealth setup
- Must pass DHS and criminal background checks
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule Flexible 30-40 hours per week with two required set meetings per week (7:50-9am CST Tuesdays, Friday mornings)

Salary
The starting payrate will be within the $38-$48 per hour range, based on experience and education.
