JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform
preventative maintenance actions and inspections on aerospace ground
support equipment (AGE) in accordance with specified technical orders
for that piece of equipment. Perform unscheduled maintenance and quick
repairs on AGE in accordance with specified technical orders for that
piece of equipment. Ensure all AGE is serviced and ready for operation
in accordance with specified technical orders for that piece of

Self-Generating Nitrogen Servicing Cart, A/M32C-10 Air Conditioner, New
Generation Heater, TTU-228 Hydraulic Test Stand Diesel Driven, A/M27T-17

Document all maintenance actions and inspections on AFTO 244 and in the
Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) according to Air Force
Instruction (AFI) 21-101 and the applicable technical order. Ensure
tools and shop rags are always accounted for and toolbox is kept locked
within the work area when not in use. Track tools in TCMax, tool
automated accountability system. Dispatch AGE to aircraft on the flight
line. Tow AGE to and from storage areas. Drive government owned vehicles
off base to retrieve parts. Drive government owned material handling
equipment to load and unload equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly
work area. Store, handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials/waste
according to installation, state, and federal environmental standards.
Comply with federal and state Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) laws. Accomplish research for equipment parts
required to complete repairs. Ensure components designated as
recoverable and repairable are returned to the federal supply system.
Perform other duties as assigned. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements: High School diploma
or GED equivalent. 6 years, USAF AGE 2A6X2 AFSC. Valid Driver\'s
License. Pass a government background check and be granted base access.
Obtain an USAF Motor Vehicle Operation Identification Card (AF Form
2293) in 90 days. Obtain a Volk \'Certificate of Competency\' to drive
on flight line (AF Form 483) in 90 days. Obtain a Universal Refrigerant
Handlers Certificate in 6 months. Pass an in-house driver\'s test to
operate trucks (3,000 lbs. or less payload), tow-vehicles (bobtail,
capacity of 60,000 lbs. or less), forklifts (4,000 lbs./10,000 lbs.
capacity), and all-terrain vehicles (10,000 lbs. capacity) in 90 days.
