What You’ll Do
- Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll for a diverse employee population
- Manage payroll through ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ensuring compliance and consistency
- Handle earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and audits with confidence
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies
- Create and maintain advanced Excel reports (think formulas, pivots, lookups, data validation)
- Support payroll compliance across federal, state, and local regulations
What You Bring
- Proven experience processing multi-state payroll
- Hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced / master-level Excel skills (this is a must!)
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPP certification is a plus and highly valued
