What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Advanced Worker?
The Regional Sales Manager position is an outside sales position where the RSM is responsible for growing all sales within a defined geographic sales territory. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries’ most demanding challenges.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Sales Manager will have ownership of a defined geographic territory.
- Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 40% - 50% travel
- Implement and execute the national sales strategy
- Participate in CRM pipeline reviews
- Identify potential end-users accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through partner distributors
- Lead product training for partner distributors
- Joint sales calls with partner distributors
- Attend industry trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience
- Metal product experience
- Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
- 2-5 years outside industrial sales

Pay: $138,667.69 - $183,062.16 per year
