Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and expand market share.
- Manage existing client accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals effectively.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and optimizing coverage strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client needs promptly and providing tailored solutions.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account value.

Experience/Skill
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience
- Metal product experience
- Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
- 2-5 years outside industrial sales
Pay: $108,418.91 - $150,353.95 per year
