WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional sales role where you will build trust with homeowners and create opportunities in your territory. You will learn the pitch, practice with experienced leaders, shadow top performers, and then:
- Engage homeowners and identify potential window replacement needs
- Present the Advanced Windows value proposition clearly and professionally
- Set qualified appointments and build trust through direct conversations
- Train consistently with leaders, practice your pitch, and apply coaching
New reps receive field shadowing, daily market support, and dedicated rookie training. You will have experienced leaders to learn from as you build confidence and develop your sales skills.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
