WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Every new representative begins by learning the fundamentals and building confidence in the field. You will memorize and practice the company pitch, train alongside experienced representatives, shadow in the field, and receive ongoing coaching as you develop your skills.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Engage homeowners through professional, face-to-face conversations
- Identify window replacement opportunities and customer needs
- Present a high-quality product with a clear value proposition
- Set qualified appointments while building trust and representing the brand well
Each market provides daily support, additional training opportunities, and a dedicated weekly meeting for new representatives. Experienced territory owners and sales leaders remain accessible throughout the learning process.
