We are currently seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing procedures
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
Qualifications
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-2 years prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is highly desirable.
