Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Experience: 8 years of experience in roll forming, metal forming processes (stamping, roll forming, welding, bending)

Your Responsibilities
- Manage equipment specification sheets for the facility.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase profit potential and reduce costs.
- Schedule regular meetings with the engineering team to discuss projects and task lists.
- Review and approve new RFQ process and product requirements.
- Assist in designing and developing roll form tooling and secondary operations.
- Track and report progress of CI Projects.
- Develop and improve tooling standards.
- Assist with customer issues and work alongside the Quality manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Experience: 8 years of experience in roll forming, metal forming processes (stamping, roll forming, welding, bending)
Working Knowledge:
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot roll mill setup issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
