Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
- Prepare, review, and process title documents to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized records of all title documentation, correspondence, and transaction logs for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service abilities to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
- Prior experience working in a title company and/or real estate environment is preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
