Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a long-term career? All County Title Company is seeking a full-time title processor/office assistant position to be part of our team in Troy, Missouri. All County Title Company is a full-service real estate/construction escrow company assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate transaction needs.
Job duties include:
· communicating with customers, agents, bankers, mortgage lenders
· answering phones
· filing, copying and scanning files for electronic file management
· data input
· review of real estate contracts and deeds
· Other various tasks as well as other office duties as required.
The successful applicant will be professional, organized, have the ability to work well in a team environment, a pleasant attitude and demeanor, will be a self-starter, and can take direction. The successful applicant will work closely with the title company manager and title company closer, as well as the Title Company’s attorney. The successful candidate will obtain a temporary Title Producer License issued by the Missouri Department of Insurance, with a requirement that a full license will be obtained within 90 days of hire date.
This position is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and a retirement plan. Work hours are generally between 8am to 5pm.
