- Lead complex analytical initiatives focused on viewer engagement, product conversion, talent performance, and operational efficiency across 1P, 3P, and FAST channel ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support business operations and executive decision-making.
- Own the weekly and monthly business review (WBR/MBR) reporting process, providing strategic insights and performance narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to design and evaluate A/B tests, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex business questions, including customer behavior, content performance, creator effectiveness, and monetization trends. Identify opportunities for operational optimization and proactively recommend data-driven business solutions.
- Audit and validate data integrity across reporting systems, partnering with Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality standards.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, automated reporting workflows, and analytical models to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support leadership with forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning initiatives. Contribute to the development of analytical best practices, documentation, and process improvements across the Business Operations organization.
- Scale and automate recurring reporting for stakeholder teams, pulling and cleaning data from disparate sources.
- Own ad-hoc reporting and analysis from stakeholder teams in understanding content performance and key drivers, translating technical data points into actionable insights.
- Develop reporting frameworks for a FAST channel, utilizing both first and third-party data to provide a holistic view of channel performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, window functions, aggregations, and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and quantitative business analysis.
- Experience analyzing large-scale datasets and building executive-level reporting.
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable business recommendations and strategic insights.
- Analytical Storytelling: Exceptional ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through written documents.
- Technical Versatility: Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automated reporting.
- Industry Context: Deep interest in the creator economy, live-streaming, or the intersection of entertainment and commerce.
- Ownership: A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and identify opportunities for analysis without being prompted.
- Experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, Redshift) is a plus.
