About The Role

Advanced Systems Group is seeking a Senior Animator to elevate our client's promotional content and bring fresh creativity to every project. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of the brand, delivering standout graphics for a variety of audiovisual projects. What You'll Do

• Oversee and produce high-quality graphics for both long and short form promotional content
• Research and test the best approaches for each platform to maximize quality
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and program managers on engaging projects
• Partner with post-production leads to develop and implement project solutions
• Conceptualize characters, scenes, backgrounds, and other animation elements
• Develop storyboards and shot lists to guide your creative process
• Create full animations from start to finish, with attention to timing and pacing
• Present your work for feedback and implement changes efficiently
• Deliver final animations and videos on deadline, maintaining exceptional quality
• Stay updated on the latest animation technologies, tools, and trends
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals and the entire art production process
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
• Quick to adapt and respond to feedback and shifting priorities
• 6 years of professional experience as a 2D animator
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop)
• Online portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality animation and illustration work
• Ability to set and drive creative direction on projects
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Demonstrated skill in building efficient animation processes and workflows
• Familiarity with working within brand guidelines and pushing creative boundaries
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication, resourcefulness, and a positive, adaptable attitude
  
  

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 6 years experience working professionally as a 2D animator
• Full proficiency in Adobe CS (After Effects, Illustrator, Premier, Photoshop)
• An online portfolio that showcases strong and diverse animation work and illustration
• Ability to drive creative direction on any project
• Work well independently and as part of a larger team, working effectively to achieve project goals
• Ability and drive to build in efficiency into animation processes and workflows
• Experience working within a brand; successfully adhering to brand guidelines while creatively pushing the envelope
• Excellent project management skills; ability to independently guide workload and prioritization
• Strong communication skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable with an enthusiastic and positive attitude

Compensation Range: $125K - $145K
