We are seeking a part-time, entry level position employee to support our classification and compensation studies. The schedule of work is20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 12:00 pm. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to evaluate positions with defined benefit packages, specifically police and fire MOU's and pension data. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compensation data, time management, strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to support organizational decision making.
