What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk / AR position at Advanced Staffing?
Office Clerk needed for a busy manufacturing company in Beaumont. We are looking for a candidate with excellent data entry skills, strong multi-tasking talent and exceptional attention to detail. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and have experience working with Accounts Receivable. Job duties will include but not be limited to: answering and routing calls, data entry, filing, e-mail correspondence, shipping of product, AR and any other duties as assigned. Peachtree or QuickBooks experience is required. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM and the starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
