We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role plays a key part in supporting licensed providers and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and room patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers as needed.
- Provide patient education and support. Assist physicians with in-office procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to multitask and work independently when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant.
- Travel to satellite locations: Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield and Norwalk.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (32-36 hours per week).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation:
- Salary based on experience.
- Bonus offered: $1,000 after 6 months of employment; $1,000 after one year of employment.
