- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees; manage entry points confidently and professionally.
- Manage conflict situations with calmness and professionalism, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports and support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, CCTV footage logs, and security checks to ensure compliance and accountability.
Experience
- Prior experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; ongoing training in conflict management and surveillance techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, loss prevention strategies, and security protocols enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly while making quick decisions is essential.
