Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine

Our client is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team. With eight therapy clinics across the Jacksonville area and a strong physician referral network, our therapists are able to focus on delivering exceptional patient care—not marketing or administrative burdens.

What You'll Do-
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.

Provide evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and fellow rehabilitation professionals.

Document patient progress and maintain compliance with state and payer requirements.

Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on outstanding patient outcomes.

Productivity & Support-
Average volume: approximately 12 patients per day

Target: 1.5 patients per hour

Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary
$80,000 – $110,000
(Commensurate with experience and expertise)

Required

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license
-
Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
