Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Sales/Estimator, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by preparing detailed proposals, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with subcontractors and vendors. Your expertise will help us continue delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, professional bid proposals with a high level of accuracy.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key commercial clients to generate repeat business.
• Develop strong partnerships with subcontractors and vendors to support project success.
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Conduct sales presentations and site walks as needed.
• Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
• Offer HVAC system-related solutions to meet customer needs.
• Understand construction specifications in relation to HVAC production and installation.
• Present weekly internal sales reports.
• Meet quarterly quotas for bids submitted and won.
• Participate in 2-3 professional networking groups to build industry connections.

What You Bring

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating (5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
