Roofing Production Construction Manager

Join Florida’s leading commercial roofing team and take your career to the next level. We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations and lead field crews in delivering high-quality roofing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations, crews, and project execution

• Oversee jobsite safety, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure OSHA compliance

• Monitor production schedules, labor needs, and material deliveries

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, foremen, and subcontractors

• Review estimates and construction drawings for accuracy and efficiency

• Track project documentation including daily reports and photos

• Supervise quality control, inspections, and close-out procedures

• Order and secure materials and equipment needed for job progress

• Recruit and evaluate employees, conduct performance reviews

• Respond to warranty calls and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing construction management experience

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors

• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction plans

• Effective communicator and highly organized

• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
