What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hiring a TPO Roofer position at Advanced Roof Technology, Inc.?
We are a roofing company based in Melbourne, FL looking to add to our crew.
Advanced Roof Technology, Inc. is a family owned and operated roofing company. We’ve been serving Brevard County for 21 years and pride ourselves on the works we can accomplish.
- Our company takes satisfaction in being able to do any type of roof, including: Residential, Commercial, Shingle, Metal, and Flat roofs.
We’re looking specifically for a Roofer that can install flat roofs. We are looking especially for someone with detailed knowledge of how to install TPO roofs. There will be times that the person is called upon to work on other roofing systems but flat roof knowledge and experience is the main thing we are looking for here.
There will be a test to demonstrate experience and final pay will be decided after the demonstration.
- We offer PTO after one year with the company.
- We also have Life Insurance and Dental available after certain time frames with the company.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outside.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
- Ability to use construction equipment such as ladders, compressors, etc.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to office to begin the day.
- Ability to co-work with a large variety of people and direct them effectively.
- Knowledge for both residential and commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install Roof systems as needed, including with Taper systems.
- Ensure the Clean up of job sites, take care of company equipment, and have positive customer interactions.
