Position Overview:
The ARM Institute is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Coordinator will support the ARM Institute’s Strategic Initiatives and Communications team through marketing and outreach communications development, administration and coordination. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Communications, the Marketing Coordinator will ensure marketing projects and digital assets are accurate, professionally designed, grammatically correct, and aligned to the ARM Institute's brand standards. The ideal candidate is an expert in Canva, has strong written communication skills, and has experience working within a CRM system.

Responsibilities and Duties: 
  • Create engaging written and visual marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, social media content, presentations, one-pagers, and promotional collateral using Canva and other approved software under the guidance of the manager.
  • Coordinate social media activities by developing graphics, scheduling content, maintaining the content calendar, and monitoring industry and member news for relevant content opportunities.
  • Proofread and edit marketing and communication materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, proper grammar, formatting, and adherence to established brand and style guidelines.
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of marketing communications through email marketing platforms, Salesforce, and other communication tools while maintaining accurate mailing lists.
  • Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials, branded giveaways, and promotional assets for conferences, trade shows, meetings, and organizational events.
  • Maintain organized libraries of digital and printed marketing assets, including presentations, images, videos, templates, and collateral, ensuring materials remain current and easily accessible.
  • Assist with maintaining member and prospect information within Salesforce and other organizational systems while supporting communication and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen member engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. High School Diploma required. Experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred; internships or relevant project experience may be considered.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, social media content, or digital communications through coursework, internships, volunteer work, or professional experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Canva and strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills are required; experience with Salesforce, MailChimp, or similar platforms is preferred but can be learned on the job.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
