About this Job:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our firm. Our ideal candidate has an eye for graphic design, is well-organized, precise, creative, an excellent communicator and writer, and is looking for professional growth and responsibility. The coordinator would work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager and Principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research/analyze different markets for design opportunities.
- Search for RFP’s and RFQ’s.
- Update firm brochures and proposal templates.
- Develop or assist with all content for proposals under the direction of Marketing Manager and Principals.
- Draft, edit and format team resumes, project experience sheets and proposal narratives.
- Develop interview and presentation materials.
- Update website and newsletter on quarterly basis.
- Update firm CRM system.
- Create weekly Social Media posts and maintain social media strategy.
- Pursue award opportunities.
- Coordinate social events for firm.
- Promote firm through events, fairs, swag, sponsorships, etc.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships.
- Participate in Strategic Planning Committees, aligning with your interests, for the establishment of firm-wide goals and ongoing review and improvement of office culture, efficiency, and production.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proposal coordination or marketing experience, ideally in the A/E/C industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with CRM systems (optional)
