The Impact That You Will Make

The Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement, is critical to the success of ARMI and its stakeholders. A cross-functional role that builds meaningful connection across government, academia, nonprofit organizations, and other relevant stakeholders, the Specialist, Stakeholder Engagement, expands stakeholder engagement across ARMI's broad portfolio of programs and collaborate with partners across the network to advance the manufacture of next-generation biotherapeutics and manufacturing technologies. This role balances external engagement with internal coordination and will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders actively seeking to connect with the ARMI network, while also collaborating closely with the internal technical, regulatory, quality, finance, commercial and clinical teams to support a world-class organization and help establish ReGen Valley as the global epicenter for biofabrication.

Your Role
  • Navigate multipronged stakeholder environments; build and maintain relationships across government, academia, nonprofit organizations, industry, and other key stakeholders in the network
  • Build and apply strong technical and industry specific knowledge to engage credibly with a wide array of audiences; translate complex concepts and industry developments into clear relevant insights and meaningful engagement opportunities
  • Establish a deep technical understanding of stakeholder capabilities, priorities, needs, and interests to identify meaningful opportunities for engagement both with ARMI and the broader ARMI network
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact to help with navigation of opportunities to participate and collaborate across programs, connect with relevant partners and resources, and identify pathways to meaningful collaboration
  • Leverage knowledge and expertise to help companies translate breakthrough technologies and innovations into commercially viable products, navigate pathways to market, and connect with the resources and partners needed to accelerate commercialization
  • Track stakeholder engagement, outcomes, and areas of opportunity to identify pathways for deeper collaboration, strengthen existing relationships, and assist with the translation of high-potential opportunities into strategic partnerships
  • In partnership with colleagues, gather, synthesize, and translate feedback into actionable insights that strengthen programs, improve engagements, and inform the evolution of the stakeholder value proposition
  • Monitor industry, technology, and stakeholder trends to identify new opportunities, needs, challenges, and effectively communicate between teams and with senior leadership to inform programs, priorities, and strategy
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen stakeholder participation and develop new opportunities for collaboration, ensuring engagement activities are aligned with organizational priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of engagement strategies and programs, cross-team alignment, and consistent experience for external stakeholders


Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, regenerative medicine, life sciences, stakeholder engagement, strategic programs, or related field
  • Strong understanding of the relevant technology and scientific landscape, with the ability to engage credibly with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a biotechnology or related environment
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying opportunities for collaboration and translating stakeholder needs into actionable engagement opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment consisting of internal and external partners
  • Strong organizational and project and/or program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to positively manage through change and adjust plans to meet strategic objectives
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), MS SharePoint, Monday.com, and ability to learn new software programs as needed. Experience with a CRM database, preferably Salesforce.
