Advanced Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking a motivated, energetic, and community-focused Marketing Intern to help grow our presence throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This full-time internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare marketing, community engagement, and event planning while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.
Responsibilities
- Represent Advanced Prosthetics & Orthotics at community outreach events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and local organizations.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events and educational programs.
- Support marketing campaigns that promote our prosthetic and orthotic services.
- Coordinate promotional materials, event logistics, and community sponsorships.
- Track outreach activities and provide reports on community engagement efforts.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Assist with additional marketing projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community members.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva and social media platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Las Vegas and Henderson locations and community events.
