APS is a fast-growing precision manufacturing company serving the semiconductor infrastructure ecosystem. Backed by Provest Equity Partners, we are building the next phase of APS with a focus on operational excellence, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
We are looking for a seasoned VP of Operations—a hands-on, engineering-driven leader who can elevate manufacturing performance, build strong operating systems, and help scale the business in a PE-backed environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, and operations execution
- Drive Lean Manufacturing across the organization (Lean, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Six Sigma)
- Build scalable, repeatable processes to support growth in volume and complexity
- Partner closely with engineering and commercial teams to meet customer needs
- Establish KPI-driven performance management across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Develop and mentor a strong operations leadership team
- Support operational diligence, integration, and value-creation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (required)
- Master’s degree in these disciplines (preferred)
- 12 years of progressive operations leadership in manufacturing environments
- Proven track record implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in semiconductor infrastructure support manufacturing is a strong plus
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments preferred
