Job Title: Office Manager
Reports To: General Manager

Advanced Power & Energy (APE) based in Greenville, PA has over 35 years of industry leading experience in the power distribution, energy management and control industry that offer solutions in a broad spectrum of areas that include Level 3
Electrical Vehicle charging systems, large motor starting and custom solutions for the ever-changing power needs of today’s market. APE has an immediate opening for a highly motivated electrical engineer who has a desire to join a growing technological leading-edge company to join its staff to develop its product lines and custom solutions.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
- Data entry into Quickbooks Accounting application.
- Interface with staff Chief Financial Officer on accounting entries and categorization.
- Issue request for quotations to Suppliers for project costing and enter information in costing application.
- Follow-up with Suppliers on receipt of request for quotations for timely receipt.
- Issue purchase orders to Suppliers for components and follow-up on delivery status.
- Process packing lists on deliveries and maintain status of project component delivery status.
- Receive supplier invoices and enter information into the Quickbooks application to schedule payment.
- Issue Customer invoices for payment for product shipments.
- Track Customer invoicing aging and follow-up on late payments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in Quickbooks On-Line software application data entry. Knowledge of basic accounting practices is a plus.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Compensation:
- Salary Range between $40,000 and $50,000 per year.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
