Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan
- Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
- Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput
- Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant
- Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Technical Degree and 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
- Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred
- Proven leadership ability
