(APP) has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the medical, industrial and defense industries. Our proprietary technologies, ProtoMIM® and Printalloy® position APP as the first choice for some of the largest original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in the country. We design, engineer and produce metal components that improve the performance of our clients’ medical devices, hand tools, defense, and sporting goods.

Job Characteristics:

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability and drive to work with tools, fix machines, and install new machines.
- Comfort and ability to execute experiments and to analyze, document, and report results.
- Ability to implement new technology, programs, and processes for Advanced Technology functions
- Must be highly safety conscious.
- Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills as it pertains to the use of designed experiments.
- Ability to work with heavy equipment
- Understanding of testing and analysis procedures
- Ability to operate vertical and CNC mills, surface grinders, molding machines, or furnaces is highly desired.
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow the standards of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Technical Discipline
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Minitab
- Experience with Solidworks and MasterCam or equivalent
