- Hands on manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Effective written & verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills
- Above average attention to details and be concerned for correctness of work
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be safety conscious and present self in clean, well-kept manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate various manufacturing and furnace equipment as required
- Work at different workstations as required, or shift from one station to another, during the manufacturing process
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Monitor to ensure the furnace equipment is running and safe.
- Perform regular cleaning maintenance as required.
- Complete appropriate data entry as directed, prepare shift summaries as requested
- Responsible for quality of work
- Perform preventative maintenance as required
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to required specification(s)
- Perform additional duties within the broad scope of the job
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Overtime as required.
- Follow the standards of ISO13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, and 1 year manufacturing experience
- General mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Orderly and responsible with tools.
- Basic computer skills
