Job Description IT Specialist (2026)
Reports To Director of Operations
Position Level Staff
$19.00 to 21.00 per hour
Summary
This position enjoys permanent employment status and the opportunity for advancement.
IT Specialist will: a) Provide technical support to employees when requested; b) Document all support requests and resolutions; and c) Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Duties
1. Responsible for overseeing end user computing updates and upgrades
2. Manage Cloud-based servers
3. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installation and upgrading of software
4. Install and configure PC hardware and peripherals to meet user requirements
5. Management of a Multistep verification solution
6. Install related Software (Windows, Applications, network drivers) needed to properly function
7. Monitor and update devices in MDM Console
8. Oversee Network Infrastructure
9. Expansion of already existing VOIP infrastructure
10. Oversee Ticket system and maintains quick response time
11. Ensure connectivity to wireless printers
12. Maintain an accurate Inventory System
13. Maintain an Accurate Task List
14. Other tasks as assigned
Current Projects
1. Upgrade Computers to Windows Pro
2. Create and Configure Active Directory & Group Framework
3. Testing and Validation
4. Ensure Rule Integrity and Prevent Disruption
5. Ongoing Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Experience
- Relevant IT certifications preferred
- Minimum one year experience utilizing and implementing Microsoft Intune
- Minimum two years’ experience utilizing and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Location and Relocation
· Work Location: In person, Philipsburg, PA
- Must relocate prior to starting position (Required)
