Core responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues with quality workmanship and customer care.
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, appliances, and related water treatment systems.
- Respond quickly to service calls; deliver accurate, transparent estimates.
- Educate customers on issues, options, and recommended solutions.
- Comply with local plumbing codes and all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace; store and care for tools and equipment properly.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive culture.
- Valid plumbing license.
- Proven experience in residential plumbing with strong repair and system knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional communication and customer-facing service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
