What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Pharmacist - PRN position at Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc?
Advanced Pharmaceutical Consultants provide pharmacy services including pharmacists, technicians, and automation to behavioral health facilities nationwide. We are currently seeking a hospital trained pharmacist for a behavioral health facility in Wichita Falls, TX.
This is a part time pharmacist position, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 1:30pm, 1 weekend/month. Additional hours available as PRN.
- Data order entry/verification proficient.
- Automated dispensing machine experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with hospital administrators, physicians, and nursing staff.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy (RPh or PharmD required)
- Experience: minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- License/Certification: Currently licensed in Texas.
- Physical Requirements: Moderate to low physical demands.
Job Type: Part-time
