Sage Specialty Hospital of Wichita Falls is currently seeking PRN Pharmacists!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the departments operational excellence; ensures department delivers quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and professional standards.
- Assesses and evaluates patient and family needs in order to identify and monitor patients care needs related to medication.
- Develops, discusses and communicates patients' medication profile in order to address all identified needs.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of pharmacy services provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team.
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of all patient medication.
- Promotes infection control principles as identified in Hospital policy and procedure.
- Promotes quality improvement, environmental and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
- One (1) to three (3) years of pharmacy experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills with minimal guidance
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
