Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator for a new opening with our client in Greensboro. The Construction Administrator is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and managing construction documentation. The Construction Administrator supports both the Project Management and Accounting teams through project coordination, job cost tracking, contract billing, documentation management, communication, and problem-solving.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate schedules for multiple projects and teams.
- Track project budgets and support budget-related updates.
- Assist with construction contracts and subcontractor contracts.
- Coordinate travel needs related to projects.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records.
- Track contracts, subcontracts, submittals, and job-specific forms.
- Ensure project files are complete and accessible.
- Serve as a liaison for project-related communication.
- Support the use of project management systems, including Procore.
- Assist with job cost coding and confirmation.
- Reconcile job expenses.
- Prepare and support monthly project billings.
- Use billing software programs such as Syteline.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- College Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience with AIA Billing.
- Experience writing subcontracts.
- Experience with Foundation Software highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction accounting and billing processes.
- Experience using Procore and related project management systems.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
