The Mission
At Carrollwood Farms, we aren’t just building structures; we are creating a destination. As the Senior Construction Manager, you are the strategic engine behind our most ambitious large-scale projects. You will own the lifecycle of construction—from the first conceptual sketch to the final delivery—balancing high-level budgeting and scheduling with the "boots-on-the-ground" leadership required to turn blueprints into reality.
The Strategic Lead
Project Architect of Success: Oversee and direct multiple complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring every milestone is met with precision and cost-effectiveness.
Lead the Leaders: Act as the primary mentor and director for our field Superintendents, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and elite craftsmanship.
Master of Coordination: Navigate the complexities of trade coordination, material logistics, and subcontractor management to keep the project’s pulse steady and the schedule aggressive.
Risk & Compliance Liaison: Develop and implement rigorous safety plans and quality standards, ensuring all activities exceed building regulations while mitigating project-level risks.
Collaborative Command: Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings, serving as the bridge between design intent and field execution.
The Big Picture
The Strategist: Negotiate contract terms, draft precise scopes of work, and proactively resolve emerging problems before they impact the critical path.
The Analyst: Prepare comprehensive internal and external status reports, keeping stakeholders informed through data-driven insights.
The Visionary: Utilize your deep understanding of construction facets—from complex site work to intricate MEP systems—to see the "big picture" and plan 6 months ahead, not just 6 days.
What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking a seasoned leader who thrives on $50M hospitality and commercial builds.
The Experience: 10 years of hands-on management in commercial construction. If you have Hospitality or Multi-Family experience, we want to talk to you.
The Technical Edge: A BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering. You are a power user of MS Project and Excel.
The Craftsman’s Knowledge: Deep expertise in materials and methods. Experience with Timberframe construction is a significant plus.
The Negotiator: Excellent communication and time management skills with a proven ability to draft contracts and manage vendor relationships.
The Resilience: A "lead from the front" mentality. You’re comfortable traversing a jobsite in any weather and have the physical stamina to inspect every inch of the project.
