We are seeking a Manager of Demand Planning & SIOP to own the global demand planning process and drive the transformation of our client's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) function. You will serve as a strategic partner to a new leadership team actively shaping the future state of planning across the enterprise.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the President and COO through monthly executive SIOP reviews. You will lead a team of five across North America and France, partnering across commercial, operations, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing to align plans and drive results.
Role Description
Own and continuously improve the global demand planning process across a $2–3B planning environment
- Lead the transformation of SIOP—designing future-state processes, tools, and cadences
- Facilitate and present monthly executive SIOP reviews to the President, COO, and senior leadership team
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Lead and develop a team of 5 across North America (3) and France (2), with global coordination extending to China
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply-demand alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 years of experience in Demand Planning, SIOP, or Supply Chain Planning
- Background in industrial manufacturing or the power/energy industry—required
- Proven track record leading complex, global SIOP processes at scale
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change through SIOP—not just maintain it
- Strong demand planning expertise with a command of statistical and consensus-based methods
- Executive presence: ability to present confidently to C-suite and senior leadership
- SAP and/or Kinaxis Maestro proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
