Role Description
This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Bensenville, IL. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to online inquiries, and provide detailed information on moving, packing, crating, and storage services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing estimates or quotes, following up on prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. The role involves supporting customers throughout the sales process, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. The Inside Sales Representative will also work to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills with experience handling phone- and web-based inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including clear communication, active listening, and problem resolution.
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, including timely follow-up on inquiries and proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Account Management abilities to build and maintain ongoing customer relationships, track repeat business, and manage customer information accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain services and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or sales software to document interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in moving, logistics, or related service industries is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
