- Prepare accurate moving quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Educate customers on services, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain CRM records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth move planning.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales required (moving/transportation industry preferred, but not required).
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
