Our franchise owners are hardworking entrepreneurs who are building their own businesses, and they need a dedicated partner at corporate to help them succeed.That’s where you come in. We are looking for a part-time Partner Support, Success & Account Manager.What You'll Actually DoThis isn't a high-pressure sales job with a quota, and it isn't a mindless data-entry job. This is a relationship role. You will be the primary point of contact for our franchise owners, helping them navigate our systems, answering their questions, and proactively giving them the tools they need to grow.We don't expect you to be a franchise expert on day one. We have the playbook. We just need you to execute it with us.Your Core Responsibilities: * Be the Go-To Partner: Answer inbound questions from our franchise owners with warmth, speed, and accuracy. * Drive Proactive Success: Send out our weekly newsletters and helpful email sequences so owners always know what's coming next. * Build the Community: Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice. * Guide the Journey: Walk brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our step-by-step onboarding checklist. * Support the Growth: Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions. * Improve the System: Help us take the most common questions and turn them into a helpful FAQ library so owners can find answers faster.Who We Are Looking For * You are a natural relationship builder. You remember details about people and genuinely care about their success. * You are highly organized. You can juggle multiple conversations and projects without dropping the ball. * You are a problem solver. When someone has a question, you don't just say "I don't know"—you go find the answer. * You are comfortable with technology. You don't need to be a coder, but you learn new software quickly. (We will even teach you how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to make your job easier!)How We'll Support YouWe won't throw you to the wolves. In your first 30 days, you will shadow our team, learn our systems, and get comfortable answering common questions. By day 60, you'll take over the weekly emails and help organize our FAQ.
