- Develop persuasive, storytelling narrative conveyed through PowerPoint Presentations based upon positioning and messaging
- Design, create, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with teams (e.g., marketing, sales, executives) to understand presentation goals and target audiences
- Transform data, text, and concepts into visually engaging slides using graphics, charts, animations, and multimedia
- Maintain brand consistency and follow corporate style guidelines across all presentation materials
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and design accuracy
- Optimize presentations for different formats (e.g., webinars, large-screen displays, pitch decks)
- Support urgent presentation needs with quick turnaround times as needed
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in presentation design
- Proven experience as a PowerPoint Specialist, Presentation Designer, or similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus
- Exceptional visual storytelling and design sense
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
