Chiropractic Assistant (Bilingual & Floater Role)
We are seeking a Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant who can serve as a floater across all positions within the organization. This role supports both administrative and clinical operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide support as a floater, assisting in any department or position as needed
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely and organized manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with patient flow
- Utilize A technical skills to support basic office technology needs
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff in both English and Spanish (or applicable languages)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency required
- A certification preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
- Flexibility to work as a floater, supporting all positions within the organization as needed
